The Baylesa Investment Promotion Agency (BIPA) was created by the Bayelsa State Government in 2012 to serve as a vehicle to drive investment generation, promote Bayelsa State as a preferred investment destination, and to provide investment facilitation services, including aftercare services, to investors at every stage of the investment process.
